Commercial sectors' previous effort in changing to energy-efficient lighting, raising air-conditioning temperature, especially in shopping mall or restaurants should not be neglected. Although the commercial sector is less wasteful in terms of energy consumption compared to the past, the overall commercial sector is still using 10% more energy for the same activity compared to last decade.
